Webinar: Enhancing the EU 2030 Climate Target

The EU Commission is expected to publish a proposal and an impact assessment on enhancing the EU 2030 Climate Target from the current level of ”at least 40 %” cut from 1990 levels to between 50 to 55 % in September.

The proposal is part of the implementation of the Green Deal of the von der Leyen Commission and will likely have further ramifications on many parts of the Union climate and energy legislation, such as on EU emissions trading.

In this webinar the proposal is presented by one of its designers and discussed.
